Alexandra Shipp

Alexandra Shipp has been a popular actress for many years. She was born in Phoenix Arizona, USA on the 16th of July, 1991. She had a guest role on Victorious with Victoria Justice in 2012. Shipp's acting debut was in 2009 with a small part on Alvin and the Chipmunks - The Squeakquel. In the third season of Nickelodeon's mysterious teen drama House of Anubis, Shipp played the character of KT rush. The roles she played in 2014 were Dani Raymond, the lead character in the VH1 TV sequel Drumline: A New Beat, and Aaliyah Hauchton's performance in the Lifetime Television's film Aaliyah the Princess of R&B attracted her attention. For the latter performance Shipp additionally sang. Then she portrayed Ice Cube's wife Kimberly Woodruff in the biographical documentary Straight Outta Compton which chronicled the lives of the hip hop group N.W.A. In 2016, she co-starred as Ororo Munroe and Storm in Bryan Singer's superhero movie X-Men: Apocalypse. Halle Berry has previously appeared as the weather-controlling mutant. In the year 2018, Nick Robinson, Jorge Lendeborg Jr. starred on the screen in Love Simon. Kathryn Prescott was also featured in Dude. James is her elder brother. She was Danielle Dani Raymond on the TV series Drumline A New Beat in 2014. Alexandra Ruth Shipp is a musician, singer and performer from the United States. She gained fame because of her role as the actual artist Aaliyah in the Lifetime TV film Aaliyah The Prince of R&B (2014), and Kimberly Woodruff as in Straight Outta Compton.
