Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira born May 26th, 1978 Campinas Sao Paulo Brazil. She is a well-known actress by her roles in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira became a part of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. She currently works as an analyst managing the Assassination Witness project and a core member of the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement group. Research conducted by the GITOC focus on assassinations, disappearances and other forms of violence that occur in the framework of illicit economies. Additionally, she is fascinated by the effects of organized crime as well as human rights on the humanitarian agenda and law. Ana Paula holds an LL.M Cum laude with a laude International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also has an LL.M. as well as an MBA in International Relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She was a trained lawyer who worked for four years at the public law litigation company. In her past, she has been employed by non-governmental organisations headquarter in Rio de Janeiro as well as Geneva.
