Christina Haack is a Californian born girl. She was born July 9, 1983. Her first job out of school was in the field of real estate. This is where she got to know Tarek. The couple had great prosperity until the 2008 stock market crash, which resulted in a number of real estate investors and homeowners who were flippers fail. Tarek El Moussa almost destroyed due to the 2008 market crash. From a $6,000-per-month home, to a $750/month rental. Slowly, their business and overall economic performance improved. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted his friend to aid in making an HGTV video audition in 2011. The tape featured Tarek as well as Christina working together to turn the inside of a home. The tape ended up in the hands of executives at the production company Pie Town Productions. They were in love with Tarek with Christina. The agreement was signed by the couple with HGTV. In April of 2013, "Flip of Flop" began its debut. Over seven seasons between 2013 and 2017, the show ran 92 episodes. The series featured Christina and Tarek buying properties located in Orange County. They would work for weeks on reworking the properties to be able to sell them for the profit. Tarek handles demolition, renovations and design. Christina keeps everything running according to schedule.
